* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes.

Bette's Polka Band, featuring Bette and Dan Lighthill of Defiance, will be returning to the Minster Knights of Columbus Hall for the seventh annual Fasching Fest. The event, which features food, fellowship and dancing, takes place 4-7 p.m. Tuesday.
