* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cheryll Farley
Cheryll Christine Farley, 44, of Celina, died at 10 a.m. Jan. 24, 2008, at her residence. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Dec. 19, 1963, to Beverly McDaniel Bohman, who is deceased. On Nov. 1, 1987, she married Steven W. Farley, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Nathan and Matthew, both of Celina; four daughters, Shannon Farley, Dayton, Melissa Scammahorn and Stacie, both of Celina, and Stephanie Pack of Florida.; two sisters, Nicole Bohman, Middletown, and Fenex Bohman, Celina; and a grandchild.
She worked for BMX in Dayton for more than 10 years and was employed by Montgomery County Combined Health in Dayton.
Graveside services are 11 a.m. Friday at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. She was cremated.
