* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Pamela Weigel
Pamela Marie Weigel, 58, 1002 W. Spring St., St. Marys, died at 5:33 a.m. Jan. 26, 2008, at her residence. Death was due to cancer.
She was born Feb. 3, 1949, in Celina, to Homer and Patricia Cotterman Chilcoat, who are deceased. On Nov. 13, 2000, she married Stephen E. Weigel, who survives.
Other survivors are five sons, Michael Baker, Celina; Mark (Donna) Baker, Charlie Baker and Jason Vires, of St. Marys, and Andrew (Kelly) Maher, Dundee, Mich.; a daughter, Tiffany Baker Egbert, Celina; a stepson, Eric (Joyce) Weigel, St. Marys; two stepdaughters, Stacy (Rod) Coffey, Wapakoneta, and Danielle Weigel, Toledo; a brother, Jerry Chilcoat, St. Marys; four sisters, Penny (Bruce) Glass, Peggy (Curt) Snyder and Stacey Koeper, all of St. Marys, and Shelia Henizer, Phoenix, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren and seven stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Butch Chilcoat; two sisters, Vickie Jones and Shelly Slone; and a grandson.
She worked at Wayne Street Lounge, St. Marys, and was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys.
Private services will be held at a later date. Her body is being cremated.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
