Eleanor Hake
Eleanor Antoinette Hake, 76, of Eaton died at 5:10 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008, at Grandview Medical Center, Eaton. She was born Sept. 1, 1931, in St. Henry to Roman and Marie Leistenschneider Rose. On Nov. 10, 1951, she married John W. Hake and he survives at the residence.
Other survivors are three sons, Ronald (Julie), Kenneth (Karen) and John (Gretchen); six daughters, Diane (Douglas) Cole, Susan (Andrew) Conley, Peggy (Mark) Vosler, Mary (Chip) Christman, Rebecca (Douglas) Morin and Julia (Joseph) DiCicco; four brothers, Luke (Edna) Rose, Carl (Lucy) Rose, Joe (Donna) Rose and Fred (Irene) Rose; three sisters, Berdella (Leonard) Hemmelgarn, Regina (Elmer) Hemmelgarn and Rita (John) Schmitmeyer; three sisters-in-law, Margaret, Juneta and Margie Rose; 31 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.      Deceased are three brothers Paul, Herman and Alfred Rose.
She was a partner in Hake Bros. Construction and a practicing real estate professional who owned and operated her own business, Market Masters Realty. She was a member of the Visitation Catholic Church, Eaton, and its St. Ann's Sodality. She was a 1949 graduate of St. Henry High School.
Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. J. Thomas Fitzsimmons officiating. Burial is at Mound Hill Union Cemetery in Eaton.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at Barnes Funeral Home, Eaton, with a rosary service at 8 p.m.
