* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rose Baltes
Rose Veronica Baltes, 84, of Versailles, died at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 22, 2008, at the Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born July 24, 1923, in Trinity, Ind., to Joseph and Veronica Klamann Reitz. Her husband, Peter, survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Tony (Monica), Versailles, and Michael (Mary Eileen), Doylestown, Pa.; four daughters, Kathy (Ned) Hemmelgarn and Eileen Wilker, all of Celina, Jan (Ned) Kleinhenz, Beavercreek, and Donna (John) Matlak, Grand Rapids, Mich.; a brother, Ed (Mille) Reitz, Hamilton; two sisters-in-law, Irene Reitz, Celina, and Ruby Reitz, Dayton; 21 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers and their wives, Wilbert and Bernadette Reitz, Urban and Mary Reitz, Louis and Donnie Reitz and Paul and Mildred Reitz, and four brothers, Walter, Andy, Harold and Leonard Reitz; and a sister, Mary Reitz.
She retired from Weaver Brothers, Versailles. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Frenchtown, and its St. Ann Sodality.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Denis Catholic Church, Versailles, the Rev. David Vincent officiating. Burial is at Holy Family Church Cemetery, Frenchtown.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10 a.m. Saturday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home, Versailles. A wake service will be held at 5 p.m. Friday and a rosary service will be conducted by the St. Ann Sodality of Frenchtown at 7:45 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
