* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Billy King
Billy Wade "Mud-Dub" King, 48, 923 Hendricks St., St. Marys, died Jan. 8, 2008, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following a brief illness. Death was due to heart and kidney failure.
He was born March 15, 1959, in St. Marys, to Clarence and Sarah Osbourne King, both deceased.
Surviving is a sister, Ruby Jewel Spicer, Phoenix, Ariz.
Deceased are two brothers, Clarence Edward King Jr. and Timothy Carl King; and a sister, Rita Faye King.
He was a long haul truck driver. He attended Memorial High School, St. Marys, and attained his GED. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, the North American Hunting and Fishing Association and a former member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge, St. Marys.
Services are Monday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Harold Leiss officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
