* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jack Schnelle
Jack Schnelle, 79, 1911 Kishler Drive, St. Marys, died at 2:15 a.m. Jan. 4, 2008, at Joint Township Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
He was born Aug. 6, 1928, in St. Marys to William and Ella P. Berry Schnelle. His first wife was Nola Puthoff. His second wife, Sarah "Sally" Waters, survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Gary, Dallas, Texas, Dale, Palestine, Texas, and Mark (Denise), Palm Beach, Fla.; three daughters; Debra (Kenneth) McIntyre, Ocala, Fla., Dena, Virginia Beach, Va., and Chris (Daniel) Lindemeyer, Virginia Beach, Va.; four stepsons, Mike Zimmerman and Terry (Brenda) Zimmerman, all of St. Marys, Kenny Waters, Montezuma, and Kevin (Holly) Jackson, Celina; a stepdaughter, Sandy (Chris) Weng, St. Marys; 13 grandchildren, five stepgrandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.
Deceased are four brothers, Ernie, Woodrow, Vernon and Lloyd; a sister Zeitha Wierwille; and a stepgranddaughter.
He worked at the former Wierwille's Furniture Factory in Spencerville and retired as a production employee at Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., St. Marys.
Services are 1 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, in St. Marys, the Revs. Ron Boyer and David Ellis officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to services Sunday.
