Send-off to war

More than 70 local soldiers left Saturday with the Ohio National Guard for several weeks training at Fort Hood, Texas, before deploying to Kuwait for about a year's duty. All bowed their heads as they heard the prayer asking for "courage for those who serve and for those who wait."
