* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Janet Michel
Janet Michel, 80, a resident of Otterbein St. Marys Retirement Community, St. Marys, died Jan. 3, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Otterbein St. Marys.
She was born Aug. 5, 1927 in Cleveland to Peter and Ruth Colgrove Consla. She was married Dec. 23, 1950, to Emory Michel who survives at Otterbein.
She had moved to Otterbein in 1990 and former lived in Findlay and Warren.
Surviving is a nephew, David (Marilyn) Brown, Kettering, and several other nieces and nephews.
Deceased is a sister, Carolyn Brown.
A 1945 graduate of Shaw High School in Cleveland, she had worked for many years as a bookkeeper and was active in community theatre productions including the Trumbull New Theatre in Warren and Fort Findlay Playhouse. She was a member of the Ohio Community Theatre Association.
She also was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday in the Meyer Chapel at Otterbein St. Marys, the Rev. Carol Sainey officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to services at Otterbein where memorial donations may be directed to the Otterbein Benevolent Fund.
Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, has charge of arrangements.
