* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nancy Amstutz
Nancy L. Amstutz, 54, of Celina, died at 7:30 p.m. Jan. 2, 2008, at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Dec. 19, 1953, in Greenville, to Olen and Mabel Smith Amstutz, who survive in Celina.
Also surviving are four sisters, Jane (David) Chicoine, West Hurley, N.Y., Susan (Rod) Myers, Fort Wayne, Ind., Linda (John) Younglove, Battle Creek, Mich., and Patty (Jeffery) Hazel, Celina.
Deceased is a sister, Cindy.
Before being seriously injured in an automobile accident in December 1970 that took her sister's life, she was a student at Celina High School. She was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina, and Youth for Christ.
Private family services are Saturday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
