* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosella Doherty
Burkettsville native Rosella M. "Sally" Doherty, 90, of Columbus, died at 10:15 a.m. Dec. 6, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 10, 1917, in Burkettsville, to George and Matilda King Rauh. Her first husband, Allen Knapp, and her second husband, James M. Doherty, are deceased.
Surviving are three sons, Shawn (Sharon), Anaheim Hills, Calif., Dennis (Pamela), Clearwater, Fla., and Randall, Vacaville, Calif.; a daughter, Carol Thorpe, Bradenton, Fla.; a sister, Eileen (Bernard) Schmitz, Fort Recovery; 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Patricia Hoy; two brothers, Paul and Linus Rauh; and a grandchild.
She retired from King Thompson Reality, Upper Arlington. She was a member of St. Andrews Catholic Church, Upper Arlington, the Garden Club of Ohio and the Elizabethian Guild.
Funeral Mass is 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Michael Watson officiating. Burial is at Resurrection Cemetery, Worthington.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions can be made to State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice, Coldwater.
Arrangements are being handled by Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
