* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bonnie Rammel
Bonnie Jean Rammel, 48, 643 W. Anthony St., Celina, died at 3:14 a.m. Nov. 21, 2007, at her home. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Aug. 15, 1959, in Defiance, to Lloyd and Bernice Klingler Link, who are deceased. On March 3, 2004, she married Joseph H. Rammel, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Melissa Link Combs, Celina; a stepdaughter, Heather Rammel, Celina; a brother, Lloyd (Raquel) Link, Craigville, Ind.; a sister, Penny (Don) Schwartz, Willshire; three half brothers, George (Doris) Clemens, Denny Clemens and Rick (Wendy) Clemens, all of Paulding; six half sisters, JoAnn (Robert) Perl, Paulding, Carolyn (Rudy) Straley, Cecil, Laurie Link, Defiance, Betty Weirman, Celina, and Katherine and Anna Clemens, address unknown; and four grandchildren.
Deceased is a half brother, James Link.
She worked at the former Huffy Bicycle Corp., as a waitress at Roberts Town Tavern and a cashier at West Side Carry-Out, all of Celina. She attended Parkway High School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Drew Gardner officiating. Burial is at Myers Cemetery near Defiance.
Calling is 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
