* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Margaret Kiracofe
Margaret E. Kiracofe, 96, of Convoy, died at 2:09 p.m. Nov. 10, 2007, at VanCrest Health Care Center, Van Wert.
She was born Dec. 28, 1910, in Dull, to Andrew Jackson and Laura L. Kreischcer Bolenbaugh. On March 16, 1929, she married Harland Howard Kiracofe, who died Feb. 21, 1988.
Surviving are two sons, Bruce (Cora Ann), LaFayette, and Larry, Van Wert; four daughters, Joann Darling, Shirley Flickinger and Judy (Jean) Foust, all of Van Wert, and Brenda (Cecil) Foust, Convoy; four brothers, Roy Bolenbaugh, Indianapolis, Ind., Alan J. (Rosemary) Bolenbaugh, North Vernon, Ind., William C. (Marcile) Bolenbaugh, Ohio City, and John V. (Alma) Bolenbaugh, Van Wert; three sisters, Anita Copeland and Pearl Whitehead, both of Celina, and Arlene Marsee, Convoy; 25 grandchildren, seven stepgrandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren and 36 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Ronald Dale; two brothers, Donald K. and DeLoyd Bolenbaugh; and a sister, Ethel Hawk.
She retired in 1963 from G.C. Murphy Co., Van Wert. She was a member, church secretary/treasurer and Cradle Roll superintendent at Convoy United Brethren in Christ Church, where she also was active in its Women's Missionary Association.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cowan & Son Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Revs. Robert Shook and Stewart L. Dennie officiating. Burial is at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
