* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Final paving is to be done this week on the $1.2 million widening and reconstruction of Grand Lake Road. The road will be reopened to traffic this week with other parts of the project wrapping up during the next month or so. An Ohio Department of Transportation grant paid for most of the work.
