* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carol Vogan
Carol Vogan, 87, 419 S. Mill St., Celina, died Oct. 25, 2007, at the Laurels of Shane Hill Nursing Home, Rockford.
She was born Dec. 26, 1919, in New Bremen, to Henry and Carrie Roettger Greber. On Aug. 11, 1944, she married Adam "Buster" Vogan, who died Aug. 8, 1987.
Survivors are two sons, Vernon (Chris) Silver, St. Marys, and Thomas (Dorothy) Vogan, Celina; two daughters, Anna Diedrich, Celina, and Virginia (Jim) Hinkle, Tucson, Ariz.; a daughter-in-law, Helga Vogan, Mendon; a brother, Bill (Mary) Greber, Tuppahanmack, Va.; a sister, Donna (Bill) Conradi, New Bremen; and numerous grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Jack and Bruce Vogan; a daughter-in-law, Regina Vogan; a son-in-law, Jim Diedrich; and three grandchildren.
She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys, after 21 years.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
