* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Lange
Helen M. Lange, 86, formerly of Bayview Road, Celina, died Oct. 25, 2007, at Briarwood Manor Nursing Home, Coldwater.
She was born April 15, 1921, in St. Anthony, to Sebastian and Elizabeth Huelsman Homan. On Nov. 25, 1948, she married Victor Lange, who died Sept. 3, 1965.
Survivors are a brother-in-law, Ralph Severt, Coldwater and a caregiver, Betty Lange.
Deceased are two brothers and a sister.
She worked for General Motors in Dayton for 32 years. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, Montezuma, and its Christian Mother Sodality, and formerly attended St. Rita's parish, Dayton. She was a member of General Motor's 25-year Club.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the Montezuma church, the Rev. James Dugal officiating. Burial is at Calvary Cemetery, Dayton.
Calling is 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
