* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marie Hornberger
Marie C. Hornberger, 71, 1006 Clover Lane, Celina, died at 12:20 p.m. Oct. 13, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
She was born Oct. 29, 1935, in Celina, to Ferd and Viola Berning Bruns. On Sept. 27, 1987, she married William Hornberger, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Wayne (Deb) Everman, Joliet, Ill., and Jeffrey (Mary) and Larry Everman, all of Illinois; four brothers, Robert (Martha) Bruns, Rockford, Mike Bruns of Michigan, William Bruns, Decatur, Ind., and Tom Bruns, Wapakoneta; six sisters, Darlene Thees, Vicki Giere and Millie (Paul) Donovan, all of Celina, Thelma (Carl) Grilliot of Florida, Wilma (Dale) Quellhorst, St. Marys, and Clara Beougher, Rockford; four grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren and seven stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Norbert Everman; two brothers, John and Don Bruns; and three sisters, Martha Young, Ruth McMahan and Helen Pearson.
She was retired from Overton Gear of Illinois. She was a member of American Legion Auxiliary Post 210 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 5713, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
