* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Bernard Krall
Former Willshire resident Bernard L. Krall, 73, of Ohio City, died Oct. 13, 2007, at Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne, Ind.
He was born Nov. 18, 1933, in Rockford, to Guy H. and Esther Lavina Grauberger Krall.
Surviving are three brothers, Duane (Norma), New Haven, Ind., Donald, Waynedale, Ind., and Farrel (Sharon), Willshire; and three sisters, Eileen Kraner, Celina, Evelyn Frank, Willshire, and Mary Ann (Dean) Bollenbacher, Celina.
Deceased is a sister, Lois Joyce.
He was a printing press operator for Rockford Press, Wilkinson Printing of Van Wert, Ossian Printing of Ossian, Ind., and Economy Printing, Berne, Ind.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Randy Swanson officiating. Burial is at Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Chattanooga.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
