* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Fredonia Leugers
Fredonia Marie "Donne" Leugers, 87, of Lakeview, died at 5 a.m. Oct. 4, 2007, at her home.
She was born Sept. 29, 1920, in Celina to Emil H. and Hazel M. King Schnelle. On March 23, 1940, she married Gerhard H. "Lefty" Leugers Sr., who died April 29, 1998.
Survivors are four sons, William Joseph "Joe" (Kathy), Roger (Kimberly), and Wayne, all of Lakeview, and Michael (Susan), Huntsville; seven daughters, Louise Bailey and Joy Tavenner (William) Odronic, all of Russells Point; Shirley Motter, Waynesfield, Judy (Delbert) Knisley, Washington Court House, Sharon (Ronald) Amrine, West Mansfield, Hope (Kenneth) Martin, Bellefontaine, and Mary (John) Comer, Huntsville; a daughter-in-law, Loma Leugers, Wapakoneta; two brothers, Robert (Betty) Schnelle, of South Carolina, and Emil "Junior" Schnelle, Convoy; two sisters, June (Norviel) Wietz, Celina, and Carol (Al) Germann, Convoy; 34 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sons, Gary and James; two sons-in-law; two sisters; two grandsons and a great-grandson.
She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Mary of the Woods Catholic Church, its Altar Rosary Society and its Catholic Ladies of Columbia, all of Russells Point, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary Post 8832, Roundhead.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Harold W. Kist officiating. Burial is at Mount Tabor Cemetery, Gutman.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Sanford-Eichholtz Funeral Home, Lakeview, where a service will be conducted at 8 p.m. by the Roundhead VFW.
