* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roy Lockwood
Roy A. Lockwood Sr., 74, 1010 N. Sugar St., Celina, died at 2:50 a.m. Sept. 29, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born May 3, 1933, in Brockway, Pa., to Edward and Elsie Heilburn Lockwood. He had been married to Lulla Belle Seibert, who survives in Celina.
He is survived by four sons, Terry, Roy, Danny (Barb) and Bruce (Melinda), all of Celina; three daughters, Cheryl, Tammy Wallen and Crystal (Chris) Secrest, all of Celina; a sister, Shirley (Buck) Hines, Brockway, Pa.; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and four step great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Lou Anne.
He had worked in the oil fields near Spencerville, at Mersman Furniture Factory, Celina, the former New Idea Plant and Werling Motors, both in Coldwater. He was a member of the Mercer County Council on Aging, Coldwater Horseshoe Pitching League, the Shoe Shack Pitching Club and Moose Lodge 1473, Celina.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Keith Kivlin officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Mercer County Council on Aging.
