Meeting Rosie and Rascal, the whimsical and larger-than-life Reiter Dairy characters, proves to be a m-o-o-o-ving experience for 2-year-old Clayton Fischer of St. Marys. The youngster had an unexpected encounter with the corralled pair while shopping with his grandparents at Wagner's IGA in Minster. The bovines have arrived early for the upcoming Minster Oktoberfest, which takes place Oct. 5-7.
