* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Leona Schumann
Leona B. Schumann, 94, of rural Wapakoneta, died at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 23, 2007, at Auglaize Acres, Wapakoneta.
She was born Dec. 15, 1912, in Jackson Center, to Otto and Sophia Metz Serr. On April 22, 1937, she married Gilbert L. Schumann, who died April 18, 1993.
Surviving are three sons, Byron and David (Karyn), all of Wapakoneta, and Philip (Kay), Celina; four daughters, Barbara (Charles) Given, Okemos, Mich., Margaret (Jack) Tidd, Montra, Patricia (Gene) Schrolucke, New Knoxville, and Joyce Oakley, Jackson Center; two brothers, Carl (Phyllis) Serr, Wapakoneta, and Earnest (Beverly) Serr, Boerne, Texas; 20 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Willis, Herman and Edison Serr; two sisters, Margaret and Hulda Serr; and a great-grandchild.
She was a homemaker and a farm wife. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Wapakoneta, where she taught Sunday school for many years.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. David Griebel officiating. Burial is at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday at Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the Schumann Scholarship Fund, the church or Auglaize County Council on Aging.
