* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

St. Marys school district will have a bond levy on the ballot in November asking voters to pass 6.9 mills for 28 years. If passed, the Memorial High School built in 1923, above, would be replaced by a new building north of town.
