* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jean Dock
Jean Dock, 78, of Celina, died at 11:15 p.m. Sept. 18, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Nov. 18, 1928, in Lostcreek Township, Miami County, to Jerry and Emma Elifritz Plunkett. On Aug. 14, 1948, she married Rex Dock, who died July 31, 2004.
Surviving are four daughters, Julie Baumgartner, Coldwater, Linda McClure, Fairfield, Jeannie (Jim) Thobe, Minster, and Lisa (Ed) Jeffries, Celina; two brothers, Jesse and Bud Plunkett, both of Fletcher; a sister, Betty Wilt, Tipp City; six grandchildren, four stepgrandchildren, two great-grandchildren and five step great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Millard, Frank and Robert Plunkett; and two sisters, Mary Gustin and Alice Muckleroy.
She retired from the former Buckeye Apparel Company, Coldwater, worked at Charlie's Bakery, Celina, and was a 1946 graduate of Brown Local School, Miami County.
Services are 2 p.m. Friday at W. H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
