The bridge over Beaver Creek on U. S. 127 on the south side of Celina will be replaced next spring, according to current plans by the Ohio Department of Transportation. Celina councilors authorized the ODOT improvement but said they were disappointed the bridge deck was just being replaced, rather than raised.
