* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Esther Wourms
Esther B. Wourms, 82, 522 Western Ave., St. Henry, died at 1:10 p.m. Sept. 11, 2007, at The Gardens at St. Henry.
She was born July 14, 1925, in St. Henry, to John and Elisabeth Buehler Speck. On Aug. 4, 1951, she married Paul Wourms, who died Dec. 18, 1971.
Surviving are three sons, Marv (Barb), Dublin, and Spark (Diane) and Bill (Edyie), all of St. Henry; three daughters, Cindy (Jim) Babcock, Celina, Elaine (Bob) Uhlenhake, St. Henry, and Lori (Kevin) Yagle, Versailles; two brothers, Elmer Speck, Coldwater, and Richard (Edith) Speck, St. Henry; two sisters, Leona Meyer and Vera (Pete) Kostoff, all of Centerville; a sister-in-law, Leona Speck, West Milton; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are three brothers, Ray, Clarence and John Speck; and a sister Sally Eifert.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Henry Catholic Church, Fraternal Order of Eagles Auxiliary Post 3025, American Legion Auxiliary Post 470, of Coldwater, and past member of the St. Henry Park Board.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Larry Wyen officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
