These tanks will hold oil extruded from soybeans at the new Mercer Landmark soybean extrusion plant in Rockford. The public will be able to tour the facility during an open house Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is the only such facility like it in Mercer County, said manager Scott Boulis.
