* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Minnich
Mary Ellen Minnich, 80, 3 W. Plum St., New Bremen, died at 6 a.m. Sept. 6, 2007, at her residence.
She was born Aug. 10, 1927, in Fostoria, to Bert and Goldie Bowers Wallace. On Nov. 30, 1946, she married Robert E. Minnich, who died March 8, 1999.
Surviving are a son, Robert Carl (Carla), New Bremen; a daughter, Linda Lou Luke, Cridersville; and three grandsons.
Deceased are a son-in-law, Robert Luke; a brother, Bert "Jim" Wallace; and five sisters, Lona Wallace, Grace Long, Dorothy Cullen, Anna Ball and Betty Shepherd.
She was a homemaker and for many years owned and operated the former Minnich's Carry-Out, New Bremen.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
