* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Eunice Lawrence
Former Coldwater resident Eunice Lawrence, 89, died Sept. 4, 2007, at Hays Good Samaritan, Hays, Kan.
She was born Jan. 28, 1918, in Eastover, S.C., to Wilbur and Dora Wilson Rease. On March 26, 1944, she married Cloyd A. Lawrence, who died June 20, 1982.
Surviving are two sons, Cloyd (Rose), Mercer, and Charles (Sharon), Springfield; two daughters, Linda (William) Kan of Hays, Kan., and Pat (George) Cannode, Westminster, Colo.; a brother, Wilbur (Elizabeth) Rease, of South Carolina; three sisters, Iris Ruth Lyons of Virginia and Marie Nash and Betty Kelley, both of South Carolina; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Deceased are two brothers, Charles and Arthur Rease; and a sister, Violet Mildred Rease.
She worked at the former Buckeye Overall, Coldwater, and was a member of Coldwater United Methodist Church.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Allan Brown officiating. Burial is at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 9:30-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
