* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Raudabaugh
Former Celina resident Mary Ruth Raudabaugh, 92, of Dunedin, Fla., died Aug. 17, 2007, at her residence.
She was born April 28, 1915, in Columbus, to Pearl J. and Ora Townsend Cline. On July 26, 1941, she married William G. Raudabaugh, who died in 1970.
Surviving are two daughters, Shelly (Dexter) Hancock, Tusculoose, Ala., and Margo (David) Broehl, Wooster; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Evelyn Miller.
She was a teacher. She also was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Dunedin, Governor Thomas Ford Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) , Piper City, Ill., Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association, of which she also served as past president, American Medical Association Auxiliary, American Mothe Association, and associate member of the Caladesi Chapter of DAR, Dunedin, Fla.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Thursday at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Keith Kivlin officiating.
There are no calling hours.
Contributions can be made to First Presbyterian Church, Dunedin and Piper City, Ill., or the Wayne County Public Library.
