* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ron Anderson
Ron Anderson, 69, 5413 Lakeside Drive, Celina, died at 6:22 p.m. Aug. 12, 2007, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Feb. 26, 1938, in St. Marys, to Ben and Evelyn Williamson Anderson. He first married Elaine Keele, who survives in St. Marys. He then married Doris Kelch, who survives at the residence.
Also surviving are three sons, Brett, Troy, Craig, New Bremen, and Kipp, Columbus; two stepsons, Fred (Rachel) Kelch, Celina, and Mark (Kim) Kelch, Holland; two stepdaughters, Marlene (Larry) Albers, Fort Loramie, and Brenda Marchal, Rockford; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He retired after 35 years from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, St. Marys. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, attended Capitol University, Columbus, and was a 1956 graduate of Memorial High School, St. Marys. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, American Legion Post 232, where he was a past commander and past district commander, and the Fraternal Order of Eagles Post 767, all of St. Marys, and South Shore Sportsmans' Club.
Services are 11 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Bill Maki officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys, where military rites will be conducted.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
