* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Helen Wenning
Helen C. Wenning, 76, 8141 state route 119, Maria Stein, died at 9:20 a.m. August 7, 2007, at Riverside Hospital, Columbus.
She was born Sept. 21, 1930, in Cassella, to Clarence and Philomena Homan Dirksen. On July 23, 1960, she married George B. Wenning, who died April 28, 2004.
Surviving are two sons, Tom, Wapakoneta, and Robert, Maria Stein; a daughter, Carol (David) Blevins, Auburn, Ind.; three brothers, Herbert (Mary) Dirksen, Uvalde, Texas, Louis (Sally) Dirksen, Portland, Ind., and Dennis (Judy) Dirksen, Cassella; five sisters, Rita (Ed) Evers, Burkettsville, Alma (Ernest) Schmitmeyer, Cranberry Prairie, Esther Winner, Anna, Joan (John) Poeppelman, Osgood, and Ruth (Marvin) Evers, Carthagena; and seven grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother-in-law, Orville Winner.
She was an office manager at the Maria Stein Animal Clinic. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and its Ladies Sodality and the American Legion Auxiliary, all of Maria Stein.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Harry Cavanaugh officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
