* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Tyler Dellinger
Tyler James Dellinger, 16, of Willshire, died July 28, 2007, in a single-car accident early in the morning in Black Creek Township in Mercer County.
He was born February 18, 1991, in Van Wert, to James S. and Vicki D. Hines Dellinger, who survive.
Other survivors are a brother, Brandon, and a sister, Ashley, both of home; grandparents, James E. and Phyllis Hines, Elida, and Mary M. Dellinger, Willshire.
Deceased is a paternal grandfather, Fermin Dellinger.
He was a member of the Parkway Local High School golf team, FFA, baseball and ACME baseball league and would have been entering his junior year at the school.
Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at New Horizons Church, Rockford, the Rev. William Hecht officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and at 10 a.m. at Ketcham-Riley Funeral Home. Rockford, and at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
