* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rosanna Flaute
Rosanna Theresa Flaute, 84, formerly of Newport, died at 7:20 p.m. July 23, 2007, at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Minster.
She was born April 28, 1923, in Shelby County, to Perry O. and Anna Alexander Lallemand. On Nov. 6, 1946, she married Elmer B. Flaute, who died July 8, 1999.
Surviving are three sons, Joseph, James and John, all of Houston; two daughters, Juliana (Donald) Keihl, Versailles, and Jean, Houston; a brother, Ray Lallemand, Dayton; two sisters, Helen Lallemand and Mary Jane Morrison, both of Dayton; a sister-in-law, Irene Lallemand, Dayton; three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Deceased are seven brothers, Lloyd, Willard, Louis, Donald, Russel, Charles and Thomas; and a sister, Jeanette.
She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Newport.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster.
