* At 813 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Bluffton to near Wapakoneta, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...Half dollar size hail.

A second round of bidding proved successful in lowering the construction price for Celina's planned water treatment system improvements.
