* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Edwards
Ruth M. Edwards, 98, of Monroe, Ind., died at 7:17 a.m. July 20, 2007, at Adams Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born March 31, 1909, in Mercer County to Frederick and Wilhelmina Emerick Schott. She was married to Gerald C. Edwards, who died March 4, 1995.
Surviving are a son, Lee (Pauline), Decatur, Ind.; two daughters, Shirley (Don) Horner, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Kay Bohnke, Monroe, Ind; three brothers, Paul Schott, New Bremen, Dale Schott, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Alfred Schott, Rockford; a sister, Irene Herron, St. Henry; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, L. Glen Schott, Ralph Schott, Clarence Schott, and Ray Schott; two sisters, Leah Smith and Anna Lee Schlechte; and a grandson.
She was a homemaker and had worked at the Marathon Oil Company, Findlay, for 13 years. She was a member of the Salem Community Church.
Services are 2:30 p.m. Monday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Ind., the Rev. James Compton officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is noon-3 p.m. and 4-7p.m Sunday at the funeral home.
