* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marian Stiles
Marian Elaine Stiles, 57, 3109 Slavik Road, Coldwater, died July 15, 2007, at DePaul Medical Center, Norfolk, Va. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born July 30, 1949, in Mercer County, to Kirby and Jeannette Agler McAfee. On June 2, 1972, she married Samuel Stiles, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Renee (Ken) Moniz, Celina, Sara (Chad) Etzler, Celina, and Michele (James) Johnson, Norfolk; a brother, Kurt (Lin) McAfee, Celina; a mother-in-law, Dorothy Seman, Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and had earned a degree in floral design and computer technology. She was a 1967 graduate of Coldwater High School, a member of Coldwater Jaycees and New Life Christian Center, Celina, and was awarded the Torch Award from the Coldwater Methodist Church.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at New Life Christian Center, Celina, the Revs. Bill Lewis and Gary King officiating. Burial is at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 12-2 p.m. Thursday at the church.
