* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Isaac Hileman
Isaac R. Hileman, 95, Rockford, died July 13, 2007, at Colonial Nursing Center, Rockford.
He was born March 31, 1912, in Van Wert County, to Elias and Eliza (Bilderback) Hileman. On June 4, 1934, he married Wilma Swoveland, who died on Feb. 27, 2004.
Survivors are two sons, David J. (Barbara) and John L. (Ann) Hileman, Rockford; a brother, Harvey, Willshire; a sister, Florence Stevens, Florida; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Isaac Dean; three brothers, John, Joe and Paul Deloyd Hileman; and two sisters, Dora Raby and Eva Saddler.
He was a farmer, woodworker and member of the Praise Point Church, Willshire.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ohio City.
There is no calling.
