Thousands of people flocked to New Knoxville Tuesday and Wednesday for the community's annual Fourth of July Festival. Noah Miller of St. Marys savors homemade ice cream while visiting the festival with members of his family. The youth, who called the ice cream "pretty good," drew considerable interest with his unique Mohawk-style hairdo.
