* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Peters
Ruth E. Peters, 84, of Celina, died at 8:05 a.m. June 23, 2007, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Dec. 28, 1922, in Byesville, to Edgar D. and Florence Selby Garey. On Oct. 25, 1941, she married H. Kent Peters, who died Dec. 2, 1985.
Surviving are a son, David (Martha Sue), McKenzie, Tenn.; three daughters, Catherine, Columbus, Dian, Celina, and Corinne (Tim) Piper, Elida; a brother, Doran (Jeanette) Garey, Uniontown; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son, Dale Allen.
She worked as a secretary for 26 years at Huffy Manufacturing Corp., Celina, was a 1940 graduate of Byesville High School, attended Cambridge Business College and was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star Chapter 91, both of Celina.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Robert Metheny officiating. Burial is at Greenwood Cemetery, Byesville, with the Rev. Thomas Houston conducting a committal service.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Eastern Star Chapter 91 will conduct a service at the funeral home at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
