* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Shirley Kemp
Shirley J. Kemp, 70, 08304 Kruse Road, Wapakoneta, died at 4:45 a.m. June 15, 2007, at her home following a brief illness.
She was born Nov. 17, 1936, in Noble Township, Auglaize County, to Ivan and Ruth Rasneor Glass. On May 30, 1997, she married Barrett G. Kemp, who survives.
Other survivors are four daughters, Cheri (Sterling) Fenwick and Lori (Barry) Morris, all of Wapakoneta, Jayne (Bob) Fahncke, Dayton, and Joni (Dale) Ahlers, Montezuma; two stepchildren, Becky Ann, St. Marys, and Barrett G. Kemp II, Detour, Mich.; a brother, Ned (Chris) Glass, St. Marys; a sister, Barbara Glass, St. Marys; 13 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and a great-grandson.
She was an elementary teacher who taught at East and Bunker Hill Elementary Schools in St. Marys, and served as principal at Moulton Elementary School. She was a 1954 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and was graduated from Miami University and earned a master's degree from Wright State University. She was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
Services are 10 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Revs. Ed Groff and Steve Nelson officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
