* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Local festivals provide games, food and fun

Roasted corn on the cob prepared by chefs Chris Falk, left, and Jim Christman, is nothing to cluck about at the Holy Rosary Festival held over the weekend in St. Marys. The duo traded chef hats for chicken finery and earned plenty of attention in the process.
