* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Juan Pablo Montoya, 2000 winner of the Indianapolis 500 and a former driver on the Formula One circuit, slips into the seat of a dirt late model for the first time in his career during the NEXTEL Prelude to the Dream at Eldora Speedway on Wednesday night. Montoya had only seen the half-mile dirt oval via the internet prior to arriving at the track Wednesday.
