* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Emma Grilliot
Emma M. Grilliot, 88, died at 8:16 a.m. May 22, 2007, at Alterra Sterling House, Piqua.
She was born April 16, 1919, in Fort Loramie, to Frank and Frances Hoelscher Schlater. On June 26, 1940, she married Leonard J. Grilliot, who died May 12, 1997.
Surviving are four sons, John (Carole), Dayton, Jim (Vicki), Newport, Joe (Jeanne), Piqua, and Larry (Amy), Celina; three daughters, June (George) Chalou, Falls Church, Va., Joyce (Bill) Curtner, Piqua, and Joanne (Steve) Faler, Troy; a brother, Al (Nancy) Schlater, Fort Loramie; a sister, Juliana Frey, Fort Loramie; 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are an infant son; a brother, Paul Schlater; two sisters, Ursula Platfoot and Freda Pleiman; and a infant granddaughter.
She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Piqua, and its St. Mary's Altar Society.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Revs. Thomas Grilliot and Angelo Caserta officiating. Burial will follow at Miami Memorial Park, Covington.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua. A prayer service will be conducted at 5 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
