* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Joan Muhlenkamp
Joan I. Muhlenkamp, 67, 55 state Route 219, Fort Recovery, died at 6:15 a.m. May 12, 2007, at her residence. Death was due to a brief illness.
She was born March 25, 1940, in Celina, to Vincent and Adelina Roessner Pottkotter. Her mother survives in St. Henry. On April 27, 1963, she married Cletus Muhlenkamp, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Kevin (Pat), Minster, and Steve (Cindy), St. Anthony; two daughters, Carla (Mike) Buening, St. Henry, and LaRie (Christopher) Borgerding, Minster; two brothers, Larry (Arlene) Parker, Noble, Okla., and Mike Parker, Columbus; three sisters, Susan (John) Thobe, Willow Springs, Mo., Karen (Ron) Brewer, Celina, and Joyce Fritz, Coldwater; and 15 grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, James Pottkotter.
She retired from Second National Bank, Fort Recovery, and was a 1958 graduate of Mississinawa Valley School. She was a board member at the Center for Neurological Development, Burketsville, and was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, where she was involved in the Altar Rosary Sodality, MOMS Group, bookkeeping, CCD instructing and Catholic Scripture Study.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Thomas Dorn officiating. Burial is at St. Anthony Cemetery, St. Anthony.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman & Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
