* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hubert Huelsman
Hubert J. Huelsman, 79, 5067 state Route 219, Coldwater, died at 9 p.m. May 7, 2007, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born Feb. 27, 1928, in Celina, to Anthony J. and Matilda Rindler Huelsman. On June 12, 1948, he married Marilyn James, who died Jan. 11, 2004.
Surviving are a companion, Pauline Hess, Coldwater; three sons, Steve (Natalie), Leesburg, Va., Tony (Evelyn), Kaufman, Texas, and Dean (Lynne), Coldwater; a daughter, Gay Carpenter, Montezuma; two brothers, Harold, Coldwater, and Larry (Judy), Phillipsburg; a sister, Viola Mueller, Coldwater; and five grandchildren.
He retired as a supervisor in repair parts administration at the former New Idea plant in Coldwater. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5135, of Coldwater.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater, were military rites will be conducted by the V.F.W.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
