* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Jean Liesner
Former Glynwood resident, Jean M. Liesner, 78, 1807 Winston Place, St. Marys, died at 1:10 a.m. April 23, 2007, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 9, 1929, in Minster, to Ralph and Marie Kohnen Poeppelman. On Nov. 4, 1950, she married Paul B. Liesner, who died Feb. 21, 1998.
Surviving are two sons, Kevin (Linda), Massillon, and Kurt (Catherine), Prairie Village, Kan.; four daughters, Darlene, Dallas, Texas, Sandra, Springboro, Cathy (Steve) Liesner-Miller, Dayton, and Tammy (Paul) Nottingham, Groton, Mass.; a sister, Doris Mae Poeppelman, Dayton; a sister-in-law, Sandra Poeppelman, St. Marys; 12 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Richard and Dale Poeppelman.
She was a homemaker, a 1946 graduate of Minster High School and a member of Auglaize County Senior Citizens, Democratic Party of Auglaize County and St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Glynwood.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Friday at the church, the Rev. Oscar Seger officiating. Burial is at St. Thomas Cemetery, Glynwood.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-9:30 Friday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Contributions can be made to the church or Auglaize County Senior Citizens.
