* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Missing girls found by police

Law enforcement officers this morning found two New Bremen teens who were reported missing Sunday evening.

Police found Zequora Ahrns, 13, and Bobbie Jo Bare, 14, mid-morning today walking along state Route 66 in Fort Loramie. The pair were last spotted walking south of Minster in Auglaize County about 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

Shortly before the girls were found by Fort Loramie police and delivered to the New Bremen Police Department, Chief Doug Harrod said he felt the two might be runaways but officers were investigating the matter thoroughly in case foul play was involved.

Harrod was interviewing the girls at press time today. Details of their whereabouts the last 15 hours were not available. It wasn't clear whether the girls would face charges for the incident.

Harrod said he had checked with the school, classmates and friends, in attempts to find the young teens but to no avail. The girls never ran away from home before, Harrod said.

Surrounding law enforcement agencies in several counties were placed on alert to find the girls. The FBI also had been contacted, Harrod confirmed.
