* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

A neatly lettered cross and a bouquet of red flowers mark a wooded area along Lochard Road near Sidney where Victoria M. Eilerman, 84, of Fort Loramie, was murdered April 5. A similar tribute stands along the River Road location where her body was later found. Christopher Lee Harris, 32, of Sidney, pleaded guilty Thursday to aggravated murder, kidnapping and rape.
