* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Kelby Rosengarten was the lone individual to win an event at the Celina Invitational on a rainy Saturday. Rosengarten won the 300-meter hurdles to help the Bulldog boys to a fourth-place finish.
